74Dorothy Nobuko Higa, 32, of Hilo, a homemaker, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. She is survived by daughter Lawrenes; father Ernest; brothers John, Melvet and Shelson; and sisters Naomi, Darling, Alise and Bernice Higa, and Kalora Aisen. Visitation: 4 p.m. Sunday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 5 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire.
