81Phyllis Kim Moi de Aquino, 67, of Kahului, a retired Maui Community College Office of Continuing Education clerk and receptionist, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Wailuku. She is survived by husband Andrew; son Bruce T.S.; daughters Jennifer S.Y. and Andrea S.Y. de Aquino, and Leslie M.S. Rego; sisters Kathleen Toyama, Janet Chang and Bernice Takaki; and a grandchild.
