Robert "Bull" Curtis, 69, of Honolulu, a Merill Lynch financial adviser and a retired Navy captain, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Des Moines, Iowa. He is survived by wife Shirley, son Mike and sister Martha. Services: 2 p.m. today at First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu. Flowers welcome.
