Robert Pascal Jervis, 89, of Hilo, a retired Minnesota Mutual insurance salesman and Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Andover, Va. He is survived by son Michael, daughter Valerie Nakao, sister Lois Price, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Private services.
