82I. Walfrid Johnson, 77, of Kaneohe, a retired construction heavy-equipment operator, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Middle River, Minn. He is survived by wife Maria K., daughters Sylvia R. Makainai and Segrid M.K. Johnson-Hatten, sister Sylvia Ceasar, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:15 a.m. Thursday at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Chapel.
