Isao Hiratani, 90, of Wahiawa, a retired U.S. Postal Service mail carrier and retired Army sergeant first class, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Katherine E.H. Kim; brother Moriyoshi; sisters Miyako Nakai, Ann Goya and Violet Padilla; and three grandchildren. Private services.
