Orlo "Bud" Barger, 86, of San Diego, a retired San Diego Naval Station job analyst and an Army Air Corps veteran, died in San Diego. He was born in Clearfield, Pa. He is survived by wife Anna G.; son Daniel; stepsons Ned, Clifford and Dale Greth; stepdaughter Marcia G. Johnson; brother Jerry; sister Peggy B. Wilson; eight grand- children; and a great-grandchild. Private services. No flowers. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to charity.
