76Ernesto Tabac, 69, of Paauilo, Hawaii, an employee at the former Hamakua Sugar Co. and retiree from Parker Ranch, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Paauhau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Harriet S.; son Troy; daughters Ernette Akau and Erlynn Tabac; brothers Simplicio, Amador and James; sisters Erminia Villa, Rosita Ebreo, Beatrice Tabac, Anita Tabac-Powers and Marina Silva; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Honokaa, Hawaii. Mass: 10 a.m. Urn burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
