Kuuipo Gail Kaiwa Burley, 74, of Lawai, Kauai, an Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Kekaha, Kauai. She is survived by husband Stewart, sons Skipper and Sperry, daughter Surreyann Parongao, sister Ivy Rivera, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kalaheo Ward.
