78Norman Takeshi Okinaka, 61, of Kaneohe, a retired tool designer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died in Ann Pearl Care Home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Vaneta "Van"; sons Nathan and Ryan Okinaka, and Stephen Hanohano; daughter Stacy Hanohano; mother Yukie "Doris"; brother Warren; sister Shirley Sakaguchi; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
