Richards; mother Faailoa T. Tali; brothers Frank S., Faaloloiaoolelagi S., Raymond S. and Rodney F. Manaea, and Leula and Samau Tali; and sisters Fuaoloa M. Faletufuga, Ruth S. Manaea, Taulolomi and Sue Tali, Nofoao Leaea and Gafa Mauga. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
