Survived by wife: Hazel Lee; sons: Tommy (Haunani), Ron, and Cal (Val) Lee; granddaughters: Momi Hall and Tiffany Lee; grand-sons: Pohai, Jon and Hooipo Lee; great-granddaughters: Kapualei, Kailani and Healani; great grandson: Ikaika; sisters: Momi Cummings and Anita Evans. Visitation March 7, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Private Graveside Services.
