73Richard Seguancia Sr., 69, of Honolulu, a state Department of Accounting and General Services central services truck driver, died in Honolulu. He was born in Koolaupoko, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Richard Jr., Ivan and Stevie, daughter Gaylene, brothers Stephan,•Robin and Calvin and sister Caroline Lane. Services: 2 p.m. March 18 at Club Ke Kai Lounge, 10 N.
