Shigeko Izumo "Shigi" Chang, 88, of Kailua-Kona, a retired public health nurse, retired director of Hilo Hospital Home Health Services and retired executive director at Hospice of Hilo, died in Kailua-Kona. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Larry and Paul; brothers Tsutomo, Hiromu and Takashi Izumo; and three grandchildren. No services.
