81Masuo "Sam" Hatakeyama, 94, of Waimea, Hawaii, a retired Honokaa Sugar Co. journeyman mechanic, died in Hale Hoola Hamakua, Honokaa, Hawaii. He was born in Honokaa. He is survived by daughter Alma, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Thursday at Annunciation Catholic Church, Waimea. Mass: 10 a.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire. No flowers.
