79Genevieve Obara Moriguchi, 94, of Honolulu, a former social worker at the state Department of Public Welfare, died in Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Punaluu. She is survived by son David J., sisters Ayako Tanaka and Tsuyako Oishi, a stepgrandchild and two step-great-grandchildren. Private services.
