78Ruth Tsuyoko Saito, 92, of Mililani, a retired meat packer at Hilo Meat, died in Honolulu. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons James and Wayne, daughter Lorraine Yonashiro, sisters Sachiko Ogi and Shinobu Toba, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Private services.
