73Susan F. Cheney-O'Byrne, 65, of Kailua, a health care executive, died in Honolulu. She was born in Dallas, Pa. She is survived by daughters Megan A. Shea and Catherine L. Cheney-O'Byrne, brother Roger Cheney, sister Barbara Schulte and two grandchildren. Services to be announced at a later date. Donations suggested to Hawaii Public Radio.
