73Anne Christiane Nishioka, 54, of Honolulu, a state Department of Health secretary, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Kinshasa, Belgian Congo. She is survived by husband Howard K., son Miles K., daughter Jasmine A., mother Renee Radalet, brothers Philippe and Dominique Bertrand, and sister Francoise Dauvin. Private services.
