Wai Lan Fong Chang, 82, of Honolulu, a restaurant cook assistant, died in Honolulu. She was born in China. She is survived by sons Han Hin and Seaton, daughters Mia Mew Ngo Chang Lau and Therrisa Chang, brother Wee Fong, sister Wai Ping Fong and 12 grandchildren.
