73Justo Vicente, 87, of Hanapepe, Kauai, a retired Kauai Electric supervisor, died at home. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by son Kenneth, daughters Nina Ramelb and Lynn Abramo, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. March 28 at Holy Cross Church, Kalaheo, Kauai. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Lihue Cemetery.
