Andrew Tamio Matsunaga, 90, of Pauoa Valley, a retired district director for U.S. Sen. SparkMatsunaga and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Hanapepe, Kauai. He is survived by son Tad and two grandchildren. Visitation:2 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi GardenMortuary. Services:3 p.m.
