67Helene Kam Yip Chun, 63, of Kaneohe, a file clerk, died in St. Francis Hospice West. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Denny K. Perreira; daughters Misty L.M. and Lori M.L.; brothers Melvin Q.C. and Marvin A. Chun, and Bobby Li Wai; sister Charlene A.L. Frendo; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hope Chapel Olomana in Kailua. Celebration of life: 11:30 a.m. Casual attire.
