Paul Joseph Ostroski, 79, of Honolulu, a retired Army sergeant first class and Purple Heart recipient who served in Korea and Vietnam, and an investigator at the communicable disease department of the health department in Ocean County, N.J., died in Honolulu. He was born in Chester, Pa. He is survived by daughters Joan O. Kimura and Janice A. Zarrabi, sister Mary Iwanowski and three grandchildren. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
