78Donald Lee Kegans, 83, of Ocean View, Hawaii, a Fred S. James & Co. insurance broker, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Denver. He is survived by sons Jonathan W. and Christopher L., daughter Kristy and 14 grandchildren. Mass: 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Jude’s Episcopal Church, Ocean View. Aloha attire.
