74Hai-Yen Pan Tsao, 62, of Honolulu, a retired Good Luck Chinese Restaurant cook, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Taiwan. She is survived by husband Andy M.; son Tony; daughter Susan; mother Chueh Hsu Pan; brothers Chiao-Jen, Chia-Ling and Chiao-Wen Pan; sisters Hai-Fong, Hai-Long, Hai-Ying, Hai-Chu, Hai-Ming and Yueh-Ming Pan; and a grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Inurnment: 11 a.m. April 2 at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
