81Bernice Kapiolani "Mui" Bishop-Kanoa, 56, of Kailua, a program manager for Base Communications, Commander Navy Region Hawaii at Pearl Harbor, and a Hawaiian Telephone Co. retiree, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Donald, sons David and Makana, mother Frieda Bishop, brothers Michael and Daniel Bishop, sister Lee Botelho and eight grandchildren.
