Julian Alapasco, 89, of Kaneohe, a retired supervisor at the state Department of Transportation Harbors Division and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Kaneohe. He was born in San Fernando, Cebu, Philippines. He is survived by wife Geraldine "Nina"; sons Victor, Peter and Gerald Maneha; daughters Stephanie Mahelona, Roberta Duncan, Julina V. Glaza and Marvelyn Baker; 24 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary.
