Kenneth R. Brown, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Navy submarine commander, a retired First Hawaiian Bank trust officer and Seawind Tours and Travel cruise director, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Los Angeles. He is survived by son Kenneth R. Jr., brother Jim and a grandchild. Services: 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Outrigger Canoe Club.
