73Elmer Kaulei Jr., 66, of Honolulu, died in Hale Nani Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Ronald Kong and Jerry Kaulei, and sisters Victoria K. Alagao and Pamela Moreno. Services: 8 a.m. April 14 at Duke Kahanamoku Beach. Casual or aloha attire. No flowers.
