Max Gerald Botticelli, 80, of Honolulu, retired chief executive officer of University Health Alliance, will be remembered at graveside services at 3 p.m. Monday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. He was born in Fenton, Mich., and was a former Army officer. He is survived by wife Alice, sons Marc and Paul, daughters Ann and Lisa, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
