74Rudolph Hoke, also known as Kaanoi Ulukoa Kaiuwailani, 59, of Honolulu, a construction worker, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by son Bryan; daughter Trisha-Ann Thomas; brothers Richard L., Leonard and Haru; sisters Judith Ortiz, Audrey Johnson and Joyce Vidinha; and five grandchildren. Private services.
