79Maile Katherine Paoa Akana, 86, of Honolulu, an educator in Pahoa, Hawaii, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Benjamin L., sons Michael P. and Neil P., daughter Anne N., brother Eugene K. "Bal" Paoa, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Oahu Cemetery Chapel. Services: 1 p.m. Aloha attire.
