73James Yoshito Kobayashi, 77, of Honolulu, a retired Schuman Carriage automobile appraiser, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elsie S., son Todd Y., daughter Jo-Ann K. Lee, brother Jon, sister Kathrine Umemoto and two grandchildren. Private services.
