Raymond Walter Kwock Wa Chang, 83, of Honolulu, a retired Air Force auto mechanic and a retired Air Force staff sergeant, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Natividad; sons Raymond W. Jr., Robert and Richard; daughters Kathleen A. Brown and Sandra H. Chang; brother Harry; sister Carolyn Yuen; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
