74Benjamin Malomiki “Ben” Noeau Sr., 80, of Kawaihae, Hawaii, a retired U.S. Department of Agriculture agricultural inspector and auto mechanic technician, died at home. He was born in Kiilai, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Naomi; sons Miki, Owl and Brian; daughters Debbie Low and Gail Noeau; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
