She is survived by sons William and Patrick Mokuau, and Dale DeTroye; daughter Kawai Smith; stepsisters MaryEllen Pililaau, Myrtle Caniaveral and Mary Zapata; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
