Clarence G.Y. Wong, 90, of Aiea, a retired budget analyst at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Grace H., sons Jeffrey and Dennis, brother Raymond, sisters Irene Yap and Helen Jay, and two grandchildren. Private services.
