Walter L. "Dusty" Eckerd, 80, of Mililani, a retired Air Force master sergeant who served in the Korean and Vietnam wars and a retired teacher at Moanalua High School, died in St. Francis Hospice West. He was born in Pennsylvania.He is survived by wife Aiko U., son Jeff M., daughters WendyEckerd and Shelley C.E. Perez, and two grandchildren. Private services.
