Richard Yoshio Tabe, 75, of Mililani, a Hawaii Army National Guard retiree, died in Mililani. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by wife Frances S., son Lance Sakai-Tabe, brother Albert and a grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
