74Narciso Joseph Arcilla, 85, of Kahului, an employee at Hawaiian Commercial and Sugar Co. and taxi driver, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Roseline; daughter Julie Brown; brothers George Arcilla, and William and Conrad Razo; sisters Mamerta Souza, Francis Sevilla, Narda Asuncion and Frances Silva; two grand- children; and two great-grandchildren.
