81Phyllis Fusae Yoshino, 79, of Honolulu, a retired registered nurse for Calvin Miura, M.D., died in 15 Craigside. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Clarence, son Darrel, daughters Monica Jennings and Andrea Shintani, brother Alvin Ohta, sister Mae Yoshida and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Star of the Sea, 4469 Malia St. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Mililani Memorial Park.
