74Richard Joseph Silva Sr., 82, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired issue man at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died at home. He was born in Honomu, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Richard J. Jr., Michael W., Steven B. and Russell A.; brother Manuel Joseph; half sister Pamela Grinstaff; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Graveside services: 10 a.m. Friday at Alae Cemetery. Casual attire.
