Waimoku Teruichi "Moku" Lum Ho, 28, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a Papaya Processing Co. shipping department employee and employee at 7-Eleven Hawaii in Kurtistown, Hawaii, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by companion Pualani Smith; daughters Kairah C. Lum Ho-Nelson and Alayniah F.X. Lum Ho; hanai son Jared Smith; hanai daughter Kaeliana H. Smith; father Cliff Amalato; mother Leimomi; stepmother Marlene Amalato; brothers Dyson and Dustin; sister Chauntell; half brothers Justin Corpus, and Dustin, Austin, Christian and Tristan Amalato; half sister Veltta Mondere; and grandparents Samuel A. Lum Ho Sr. and Ann Corpus. Visitation: 4 p.m. Sunday at Dodo Mortuary. Celebration of life: 6 p.m. Graveside and burial services at noon Monday at Homelani Memorial Park, Ilima Section.
