Charlotte J. “Placido” Carlos, 79, of Mililani, a housekeeper, died in Wahiawa. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Jules and Joseph, daughters Anna Carlos and Bernadette Yamashita, 13 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Services pending.
