81Teruko Fukamizu, 86, of Honolulu, a retired Kaahumanu Elementary School custodian, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Tokyo. She is survived by son Frederick H.; daughter Alice M. Hasegawa; brothers Masafumi and Yuji Kashiwagi; sisters Midori Takahashi, and Kazuko and Keiko Kashiwagi; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
