HELEN HARUE INOUYE
89, of Pearl City, died March 25, 2012 at the Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu on March 10, 1923 and retired as a Dole Cannery inspection forelady. She is survived by husband, Edwin "Aku" Inouye; son, Calvin (Roberta) Inouye; daughters, Janice Tanaka and Carolyn Yoshimoto; grandchildren, Kelli (Greg) Wilinski, Tina (Adam Tolentino) Nixx, Walt Yoshimoto, Gina Tanaka, Thomas Yoshimoto, Ryan Yoshimoto, Cali Inouye; great-grandchildren, Gavin Yoshimoto, William Wilinski, Nathan Yoshimoto, Maura Wilinski; brother, Bert (Nancy) Nakayama; sisters, Betty Soga, Lillian Yamasaki, Judith (Don) Harada.
Visitation 3 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary and Service at 4 p.m. Casual attire.
