Kazuto "Blackie" Kadokawa, 90, of Aiea, a retired Hawaiian Telephone Co. cable splicer, died. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by wife Gladioly D.; sons Norman and Warren; daughters Brenda Kanae and Jean Shigemura; stepdaughter Gladys Domingo; brothers Harry T., Frank N. and George Y.; sisters Beatrice Nakamura and Mary Saito; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
