Antonio "Tony" Tibayan, 82, of Kapolei, a retired pipefitter at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Daniel; daughters Elizabeth Bagcal, Dolores Gaboya, Cathleen Neill, and Thomasina, Laura and Christine Tibayan; brothers Gilbert, Joseph and Steven; sisters Abigail Smith and Doreen Willis; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Jude Catholic Church, 92-455 Makakilo Drive, Kapolei. Mass: 10 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
