74JoAnne Kelley Salazar, 75, of Waimea, Kauai, an employee at Lockheed Martin and Sheraton Kauai, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. She was born in Cardin, Okla. She is survived by companion Ludevico "Jackie" Pigao, sons Raymond and Rick, nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Theresa's Parish, Kekaha, Kauai. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens. Casual attire.
